Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team and support various classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in education and providing a positive learning environment for students.
Duties
- Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher to ensure continuity in education
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Provide instruction, support, and guidance to students across various subjects
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents
- Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
Experience
- Experience working with students in educational settings
- Knowledge of curriculum development and various subjects such as Math and Early Childhood Education
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Background in childcare or tutoring is beneficial
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents
- Familiarity with educational approaches like Montessori is a plus

Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per day
