Educators On Call is seeking guest teachers to fulfill short-term and long-term coverage requests for various schools in the Philadelphia area.
We're looking for guest teachers that wake up ready to EDUCATE & INSPIRE. If you're prepared to provide instruction, encourage student progress, and manage the learning environment effectively then we invite you to join our team of SUPERHERO EDUCATORS!
EOC Guest Teacher Requirements:
- We frequently have long-term building needs.
- Available to teach at least one day a week on a consistent basis.
- Best candidates are dependable, flexible, team players and have a passion for working with children
- Strong communication skills to connect with students and staff.
- We are looking to build a strong and diverse team of guest teachers
Guest Teachers are needed to fill:
- General short and long-term assignments
- SPED short and long-term assignments
- Long-term to Permanent placements
REQUIREMENTS
- Proof of education (transcripts)
- Pennsylvania Criminal Records check (Act 34)
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance History (Act 151)
- FBI Criminal History Record (Act 114)
- Tuberculosis Test reflecting negative results within the year
- Complete all required online training within 2 weeks of hire (approximately 6 hours)
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- *Clearances, TB test, and physical must be completed in within the last 12 months*
