Full-time; Non-exempt - Day Shift

Reports to : Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Functions of the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

The production support role is critical in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse and production process. The efficient processing of outbound customer orders is essential to meeting and exceeding productivity standards that drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

• Loads outbound inventory onto predesignated trailers.
• Maintain quality control for products prior to loading.
• Support the packing team by ensuring the inventory of packing boxes is maintained according to packing needs.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $12.36 an hour with potential incentive earnings.

Individuals must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to pull / pack or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
