Edustaff is seeking Paraprofessionals to fill Building Substitute positions to serve the Forest Grove School District for the 2024-2025 school year.
Please Note: The district will make the final determination regarding who is selected to participate in these programs.
Building Substitute Paraprofessionals: A Permanent Building Substitute is employed by Edustaff and is assigned to the school district with the explicit purpose of filling last-minute unfilled 1- day positions daily (Monday-Friday) The employee is required to report to the assigned school building every school day but may also be asked to report to other school buildings within the district as needed.
Substitute Paraprofessional Job Description: Perform a variety of duties in assisting a licensed teacher in the support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings. Prepares instructional materials, maintains classroom discipline, and supports planned activities designated by a licensed teacher. Helps maintain a positive school-wide learning environment.
Substitute Paraeducator Qualifications:
- Pass an FBI and Oregon Criminal Background Clearance
- High School Diploma or GED may be required
