What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Product Owner position at Edvensoft Solutions?
Responsibilities include:
· Manage large projects with complex scope, multiple streams of work and interdependencies and define project objectives
· Work with cross functional team members to understand the goals and measurements of the project to determine project success criteria
· Create planning documentation in the forms of Gantt charts and JIRA projects and task lists
· Intimately understand the requirements of the project which may include documenting the business requirements and working through the overall solution architecture
· Identify project risk and work with the cross functional teams to develop contingency plans
· Run and monitor projects on a day to day basis
· Coordinate with project resources including managers, developers, business owners and business users
· Run project meetings with the cross functional project teams for updates and status changes
· Efficiently and effectively manage problems and issues around scope creep and/or changes in business requirements to bring the project back on plan with the agreement of project stakeholders
· Report the status of projects on both a daily and weekly basis
· Update and maintain all project documentation
· Conduct a review of completed projects to understand the successes and issues and apply the learning to future projects
· Keep project team well informed of project changes, changes within the organization and general corporate news that affects our daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 5 years of overall project management experience required, preferably with experience in eCommerce/Web applications
· Skilled at Process Improvement
· Concept development and experience developing project strategies in ecommerce and technology development
· Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community
· Ability to set priorities, foster cohesion and provide motivation to cross functional teams
· Solid knowledge of web technical and design processes
· Excellent ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (verbal & written)
· Ability to simultaneously manage multiple small, medium and large-scale projects
· Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
· Ability to make focused decisions based on company values and past experiences
