Job Description:
Prestige Motorsports is seeking a skilled PPF (Paint Protection Film) Wrap Technician to join our team in San Antonio. As a PPF Wrap Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and finishing of high-quality PPF wraps on luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles. Your role will ensure precision and attention to detail, delivering a flawless finish that meets the high standards of our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Install PPF (Paint Protection Film) on vehicles with precision and care.
- Prep vehicles, including cleaning, surface correction, and film application.
- Perform full-body and partial PPF installations as needed.
- Ensure seamless edges and perfect alignment of the wrap.
- Inspect final work for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Remove and replace existing PPF as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Handle high-end and exotic vehicles with extreme care.
Requirements:
- Experience in PPF installation (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with different types of paint protection films (e.g., XPEL, 3M, SunTek).
- Comfortable working with luxury and exotic vehicles.
- Ability to lift and maneuver large film rolls and vehicle parts.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vinyl wrapping and ceramic coating is a plus.
- Certification in PPF installation (XPEL, 3M, SunTek) is a plus.
- Passion for automotive detailing and high-end vehicle customization.
