We’re searching for a qualified special education teacher to join us in delivering the high-quality learning experiences we’re known for. The ideal candidate has prior experience in this role, and is flexible to adapt to the changing nature of the demands of the special education system. He or she will work closely with an assigned student/s, and paraprofessionals and support them in their tasks. Typical tasks include creating goals, planning and leading meetings as well as teaching. The thriving special education teacher is caring, compassionate, and committed to each student’s success as well as the success of the team they lead.
Interested candidates must be student centered, positive, knowledgeable, flexible, energetic, organized, team-oriented and committed to continued professional development and growth. Ability to analyze and use data for student and instructional decisions are vital. Candidates must have earned a degree in Special Education and hold a NH certification.
