Duties for the position include and are not limited to:
- Placement of primary backing
- Calibrate equipment and initiate machine setup
- Carpet tufting and quality verification
- Identify and correct production issues
- Application of latex and latex backing
- Finishing
- Shearing
- Quality Inspection
- Packaging
- Housekeeping
Requirements for the position include and are not limited to:
- Strong work ethic and excellence attendance
- Experienced tufting machine operation skills
- Perseverance and dedication to overcome challenges
- Manual dexterity to make fine tune adjustments and use small hand tools
- Ability read a metric tape measure
- Adept with tools to perform equipment adjustments and calibrations
- Basic computer entry skills
- Excellent housekeeping practices
- Must be able to work with latex
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.49 - $20.00 per hour
