Job Overview Position Schedule : Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Income Tax Director to join our Tax Team. This role will lead a team responsible for : Developing the vision, direction and strategy for the firm's federal, state and international tax compliance and tax provision. Monitoring and evaluating individual, partnership and corporate tax developments. Partnering with Business Development team on tax due diligence for M&A opportunities. Collaborating with third party service providers to manage the firm's outsourced tax return compliance. Researching and responding to tax controversy and planning matters as necessary. Collaborating with stakeholders from all parts of the firm to research and provide guidance on various tax issues as they arise. Communicating with the firm's partners and / or executives on tax matters. Leading strategic projects prioritized by the Finance Division. This position will require knowledge of U.S. federal and state partnership tax principles; tax provision principles; strong organizational and research skills; strong collaboration and written communication skills; ability to engage and inspire a high-performing team; and strong time management and execution skills.
