The Cloud Security Senior Engineer will deploy and support security solutions to protect the firm's IP and data from unauthorized access, use, and disruption.

- Leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of security tools utilized by the cloud security team.
- Setting security guidelines and controls.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and address new security issues and risks and is involved in developing mitigation plans.
- Participates in technology reviews at all stages of the SLDC lifecycle.
What Experience You'll Need:
- 8 years of experience in the IT environment, systems integration, and maintaining IT standards and policies.
- 3 years Azure security experience.
- 3 years implementing and managing API security controls,
- Experience performing API security testing, including identifying vulnerabilities and recommending fixes.
- Experience applying these standards and protocols in API development and security.

- Strong verbal and written skills to talk technical topics with infrastructure and application development teams.
- Apply systems thinking, considering other perspectives, factors, and dependencies to ensure an effective tactical and strategic direction to address complex problems.
- Knowledgeable of industry standard frameworks and laws such as NIST CSF, NYDFS, and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with relevant API security standards and protocols, such as OWASP API Security Project and NIST 800-53.
