Salary

Job Description
- You will work independently to identify and create new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
- You will build relationships with existing clients to deepen their trust and understanding of their financial goals.
- You will deliver personalized investment and financial solutions to your clients.
- You will oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
- You must have financial services registration, licensing, or certification (if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period).
- You must be skilled in long-term relationship building, learning to be a financial advisor through our comprehensive training program, and delivering personalized investment and financial solutions to your clients.
- You must meet professional and personal objectives as they relate to building your practice.
