What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Professional position at Edward Lowe Foundation?
The Edward Lowe Foundation is seeking a skilled building maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and some electrical. Painting and light carpentry would also be a plus. Other qualifications include being able to:
· Be proficient with power tools and hand tools for repair and building maintenance tasks.
· Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures and toilets, etc.
· Lift up to 50 pounds (lumber, air conditioners, cement, etc.).
· Work in all types of weather conditions.
· Work independently and in a team environment.
· Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package. Pay dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
