What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caretaker position at Edward Lowe Foundation?
The Edward Lowe Foundation is seeking a Caretaker to join our Grounds Maintenance team.
Qualifications include being able to:
· Perform basic exterior maintenance of facilities and property. Maintain exterior decks, walkways, lawn and patio furniture, recreational sites and equipment.
· Perform operation of backpack blowers and other lawn/garden tools.
· Perform snow removal on walkways and decks
· Be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment.
· Lift up to 50 pounds
· Work in all types of weather conditions.
· Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package. Pay dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
