What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance of an apartment community. This includes evaluating, prioritizing, and resolving work orders according to company quality standards. You will also successfully perform plumbing tasks, troubleshoot and diagnose air conditioner, furnace, hot water heater and boiler issues, and deliver quality carpentry work.
Skills and Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily property maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines and procedures, and OSHA regulations (including state-specific) is preferred.
- EPA certification is required.
- HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
- CPO Certification and pool chemistry and maintenance skills are preferred.
