Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Parts specialist to join the team! As a Parts specialist, you will work with the Service Techs and customers to facilitate requests and provide them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of parts department to include sales, profits, and customer base.
- Working with Technicians, advisors and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation
- Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctly
- Organize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventory
- Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation
- Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist employees and customers with a replacement
- Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility
