What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Office Administrator position at Edwards Auto Repair?
Edwards Auto Repair is a growing family owned and operated auto repair shop located in Litchfield, NH that is looking to add a full-time dependable and friendly office assistant/service writer to our team.
Our ideal job candidate would have automotive knowledge, but this is not required. Must be a self-motivated individual with great phone and person to person skills. Must have a positive working attitude, able to work in a team setting, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and good organization skills. Must also be proficient with computers. Must have valid drivers license. Pay will be negotiable based upon experience.
Duties include:
-Answering customer calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Assisting walk in customers and vendors
-Quoting jobs
-Ordering parts
-Invoicing and collecting payments
-Keeping the work flowing smoothly for our technicians
We offer paid holidays/vacation time and weekends off. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
