Description:
Edwards Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! The Service Advisor will work directly with customers and technicians regarding vehicle repairs and offering alternatives based on the customers’ budgets and needs. The Service Advisor will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Base plus commission $100,000 annual earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, and getting them checked into the system
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and offering alternatives based on customers budgets and needs
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians
- Informing customers about warranty protections and various programs and discounts
- Scheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the department
- Informing customers of changes as they come up and being in continuous contact with customers to make sure they understand the process each step of the way
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer focused demeanor
- Proficient typing skills
- Previous service drive experience is highly preferred
