Reports to: Service Electrical Admin Manager
Pay Type: (Hourly) $20.00 to $25.00
About the Role:

This role provides critical support to our Service Electrical and E-Construction Departments, helping keep operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to customers and internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly voice customers hear—answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
- Update customer web portals and job orders as needed.
- Track and enter purchase orders for various jobs.
- Help keep our sales data up to date in North Boundary.
- Deliver customer satisfaction surveys and record results.
- Assist with billing tasks, including tracking Accounts Receivable.
- Support Accounts Payable by resolving purchase order issues.
- Work with service billing and other departments to address questions and concerns.
- Monitor project timelines, making scheduling adjustments when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on customer needs and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, expenses, and client communications.
- Prepare reports and identify areas for process improvement.
- Most importantly—deliver outstanding customer service at all times!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliability, dependability, and a commitment to punctuality.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
Other Details:
- This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
