Position Summary: Responsible for developing and leading the implementation of health economics and reimbursement strategies. This role requires unique experience with complex hospital systems, ability to work cross-functionally and leverage data/technology to drive unique insights and value while improving access for patients with Aortic Stenosis.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and plan larger health economic projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute larger reimbursement and health economic launch projects, initiatives and/or programs
Identify and evaluate more complex health economic process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Public Affairs, BU) to develop advocacy relationships with regional KOLs and societies, trade party associations, health technology assessment organizations, and other key third parties to influence outcomes of critical policy issues
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in life science, health economics, health policy, or related field
Minimum of 12 years related experience or Master's Degree or equivalent in MBA or MPH and 10 years of related experience
Experience working with customers (primarily hospitals and physicians), trade associations, professional and medical organizations and ability to develop mutually beneficial health economics and reimbursement strategies and tactics to support portfolio planning, commercialization, and sales/marketing objectives
Experience in health economics and/or outcomes research and reimbursement

For California, the base pay range for this position is $166,000 to $235,000 (highly experienced).
