The Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) Associate Sales Specialist is our multifaceted sales professional, who Manages the relationship with a defined list of potential customers within an assigned territory, looking to establish a new market for APM, in the Hospital Outpatient Department and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) setting. This person will work with a diverse set of customers within the HOPD and/or ASC setting - Surgeons, Intensivists, Materials Management, Anesthesiologists, and Critical Care. They must be able to help identify, develop and close new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following states: Washington or Oregon.
Our Associate Sales Reps mostly call on anesthesiologists, intensivists, hospitalists, cardiac surgeons, nurse anesthetists etc. Primary products include both capital and disposables used for continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring and/or tissue oximetry devices utilized in outpatient surgeries. These products assist in enhanced surgical recovery, hypotension management, sepsis and shock management to name a few.
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 1 year of related outside or B2B sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 75%
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Experience selling B2B or Clinical Sales
- Experience selling into the HOPD call points
- Shown ability to sell products that require physician behavior change and disruptive technology
- Confirmed ability to get results in a multi-level hospital selling environment (C-Suite, Purchasing, Physicians, Nurses)
- Proven clinical knowledge of continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology

For Washington, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000 (highly experienced).
