Description:
Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Rep/Appointment Setter to join our growing dealership's service department. The Customer Service Rep/Appt Setter will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential service leads, booking appointments for the service department, and acting as a first point of contact for customers. Previous call center experience is highly preferred
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm and a rotating Saturday
Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour bonuses benefits
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Logging customer details and comments in our system
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership
- Previous call center experience.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
