Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing roadmaps to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize parts allocation and vendor performance
- Implement solutions to improve on-time-delivery and lead times with external vendors
- Negotiate MSAs with key suppliers and manage RFQs
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and ethics requirements
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiation
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and project management skills
