Your Role as Strategic Procurement Manager

You will play a key role in developing suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving cost savings initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in maximizing our profitability while ensuring a market-competitive price level for our products.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing roadmaps, including defined commodity strategies and supplier management plans
• Drive constant cost and supply chain improvement initiatives across our product portfolio
• Align with our Quality Team to ensure suppliers meet or exceed quality targets
• Create and implement solutions to improve on-time-delivery and lead times with external vendors
• Negotiate MSAs with key suppliers
• Coordinate with our Engineering Team on design specifications for approved parts
• Manage RFQs for both new and existing products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize parts allocation and vendor performance
• Comply with all company safety and ethics requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

• A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiation
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and project management skills
