Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, carpentry, make-readies,and general apartment maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Complete make-readies to prepare apartments for new residents
- Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed
- Handle carpentry tasks, including door repairs, cabinet fixes, and trim work
- Respond to resident work orders and complete timely repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (outlets, switches, light fixtures, etc.)
- Assist with general plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks or unclogging drains
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the property
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with property standards
Requirements:
Experience in painting, carpentry, and general maintenance
Ability to complete make-readies efficiently
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
