Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our residential and/or commercial properties. This role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining the properties in excellent condition, and maximizing the profitability of the assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant communication, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Leasing and Marketing:
- Market vacant properties to attract prospective tenants using online listings, social media, and other marketing strategies.
- Screen and select tenants, conducting background checks and preparing lease agreements.
- Financial Oversight:
- Collect and process rent payments, ensuring timely deposits and addressing delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor property expenses, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, inspections, maintenance, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leasing, property maintenance, and landlord-tenant laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and team members.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
