The Store Crew plays an essential role in providing excellent guest service, preparing food to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

- Greets guests with a friendly attitude and assists with orders using suggestive selling and upselling strategies.
- Provides accurate and efficient service at the counter and drive thru.
- Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once, ensuring that all items are prepared to standards.
- Follows recipes and company guidelines to prepare food items quickly and accurately.
- Stocks and maintains product stock levels, ensuring proper rotation.
- Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order or kept warm frequently.
- Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and/or deep fryers frequently.
- Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked frequently.
- Operates batch machine to produce eegees, ensuring product quality and safety.
- Monitors and maintains food quality, service standards, and cleanliness in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
- Ensure all equipment is working properly and notify management of any issues.
- Help fellow team members as needed to serve our guests better.
- Any other responsibility that aligns with the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Learn and share our menu details with guests.
- Be flexible in performing various tasks and adjusting to different job functions and schedules.
- Handle multiple tasks with good time management.
- Understand and maintain sanitation standards.
- Accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic math understanding.
- Guest service and communication skills.
- Must have current Food Handler’s card (Maricopa & Pinal counties only).
Physical Demands:
- Work around hot equipment, oil, extreme cold (walk-in freezer), loud noises for the duration of shift.
- Must be able to remain standing for the duration, excluding breaks.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, wrists, fingers, arms, legs, and bending at the waist (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials) for the duration of shift.
- Use of cognitive skills including, but not limited to, learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending for the duration of shift.
