About the Role: Administrative Assistant / Technical Writer

What You'll Be Doing
Technical Writing & Documentation:
- Draft, format, and refine technical reports and project summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret engineering data for quality assurance documentation.
- Ensure reports meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain an organized database of project documentation and certifications.
- Assist with organizing and managing project files.
- Work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively across departments to keep everyone informed.
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or administrative support in an engineering, construction, or mission-critical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong technical writing skills – you can make complex ideas clear and easy to understand.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Familiarity with engineering or construction terminology (bonus points!
- Excellent communication skills – you can write well and explain things clearly.
- Super organized – you love lists, schedules, and keeping things on track.
