- Answer the phone – take messages
- Greet the customers in the office
- Filing and organize
- Renewal process
- Take & process payments
- All other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements
- Ability to speak in a professional manner
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to sit, stand and lift up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to report to the office daily
