A. Overview of Responsibilities
As an Invoicing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner. This means that you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Employees must have the following :
- Work from home
- Using your own computer
- Good / reliable internet
- Must be available for 3-4 hours a day between 8am-12pm CST - this is mandatory
- Previous plumbing experience a huge plus
- 15 / hour
- Must write well. The invoices have summaries of what the problem was and what the solution was that we did to solve the issues. This must be relayed on the invoices.
Other responsibilities of an Invoicing Clerk may include but are not limited to :
Creating and maintaining accurate records of all invoicesReconciling discrepancies in invoices and receiptsResponding to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicingB. Specific Duties of Invoicing Clerk
