What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant position at EEP?
We are currently searching for a qualified and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a metal company in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
Duties:
- Answer client and customer phone calls/questions regarding materials and shipments.
- Creating and distributing client and customer quotes for services.
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception area.
- Routing inbound and outbound calls and inquiries to the correct department(s).
- Decimals to fractions conversion
- Understand Cost to pound
- Handle paperwork
- Cleaning area
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Similar Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have experience using multi-line phone system.
- Must be able to operate office equipment and machinery.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/metal industry preferred.
- Great customer relations experience…..customer is always right
- Must be on time to work and come to work.
- Good math skills
