Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency on the production line. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift!
Duties
- Operate various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to assist in the production process.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to fabricate parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory or warehouse setting.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production goals are met.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other industrial equipment is preferred.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques in a manufacturing facility is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues during production.
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while adhering to quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication within a diverse workforce.
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is advantageous but not required.

- Forklift: 1 year (Required)
