EF Education First is excited to offer a Cooperative Education Program (co-op) in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full-time or part-time work experience for a select period of time.EF offers a multitude of co-ops across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing.Marketing & Event Co-op Cultural Care Au PairCambridge MA, Full-time 40 hours per weekJuly – December 2025The Role : The Marketing Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation and creation, organizing content, assisting with customer contests and takeover programs, and helping with other marketing projects as needed.On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching venues and activities, creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes, sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email, and occasionally helping to staff events.If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media, and enjoy juggling various tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.Your responsibilities will include : Content Creation Management : Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25 markets worldwideIdentify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social mediaReview content submitted through online customer contests and organize as neededCatalog and organize existing photo and video libraryAssist with social media takeover programEvent support : Process expense reports from event attendees in a timely and accurate mannerPerform venue research and request proposals or price quotes as neededAnswer questions from event attendees through the Events email inbox in a timely mannerAssist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for eventsAttend our National Meeting event from November 7-9, 2025, and provide on-site support as neededAbout you : You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders. At the same time, you can work independently toward a clear set of goals.You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed.
