The Program Operations Coordinator will support logistical and operational aspects of experiential learning initiatives, co-curricular programming, and other projects designed to support and enhance a holistic Hult student journey. This role emphasizes improving the student experience, promoting engagement, and ensuring seamless program delivery. The Program Operations Coordinator collaborates with partners across student life to address student concerns, support wellbeing needs, and ensure efficient delivery co-curricular and academic student experiences. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing contracts, and tracking data to support decision-making. Based at the Boston campus, the position is a member of the global Student Affairs team and reports to the Sr. Associate Dean of Students / Vice President for Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the logistical and operational aspects of experiential learning initiatives, co-curricular programs, and other projects supporting the student journey including City Seminar courses, learning / access accommodations, student intake / orientation, commencement, and special events.
- Collaborate with campus partners to promote a holistic student experience, improve satisfaction, and support retention initiatives.
- Work with colleagues across student life to develop and enhance co-curricular programming and address student wellbeing needs and concerns.
- Address and resolve student concerns and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in sensitive matters.
- Support campus safety planning and compliance reporting for federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and financial guidelines.
- Review and manage contracts to support operational and programmatic needs.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and deliver workshops, orientation sessions, and training resources in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Ensure seamless planning, execution, and evaluation of experiential learning initiatives including, but not limited to, City Seminar and Bootcamp.
