Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Remote or Boston-based
Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a dynamic, growth-minded Sales & Marketing Manager to grow our host family base while equipping and inspiring a team of Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs) to do the same.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing new sales in your region while also driving localized marketing efforts that boost visibility and generate leads. You’ll lead your team of LCCs by providing impactful coaching, campaign ideas, and community engagement strategies. You’ll collaborate across teams to align on messaging, optimize performance, and continuously test new ways to reach prospective families. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Sales Growth
- Own and execute the regional sales and local marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to generate leads, convert families, and expand our host family community.
- Set and monitor sales goals for your region and individual LCCs.
- Use data to uncover opportunities and refine your team’s approach to drive conversions and build urgency throughout the funnel.
Lead Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop and support local marketing initiatives that align with national brand goals but reflect the unique needs of your region.
- Partner with LCCs to execute in-market campaigns, events, and digital outreach that drive awareness and generate leads.
- Identify and test new marketing tactics—whether grassroots, digital, or community-based—that can be scaled across the organization.
- Align with national marketing to amplify key campaigns, refine messaging, and share feedback from the field.
Coach & Develop LCCs
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and skill-building to help LCCs thrive in both sales and community-building.
- Offer 1:1 support as well as lead group trainings focused on messaging, lead follow-up, referral growth, and objection-handling.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within your team.
What You Bring
- 5 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creativity and a willingness to test and learn
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Travel ~1x/month for events, trainings, or in-market support

Compensation range is $55,000 - 70,000 plus bonus potential.
