EF Miami International Language Campus is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator for our fantastic school located in Miami Beach, FL.

Your Role
EF Miami International Language Campus is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator for our fantastic school located in Miami Beach, FL.
- Assists with arranging weekly arrival and departure transfers to and from the airports, making last-minute changes and resolving complex issues including flight changes and cancellations.
- Ensure all student records meet accreditation standards and remain in compliance with student visa regulations.
- Review all booking details for new students and check that they are entered correctly daily.
- Assists with the student intake and registration process, including physical set-up, ensuring intake materials are prepared in advance and student documents are properly logged in internal database.
- Handles a high volume of student questions and inquiries, including but not limited to insurance claims and doctor visits, providing a high level of customer service.
- Uses the Elektra and Atlantis systems for student data management.
- Effectively communicates with colleagues in other departments and those located worldwide.
- Manages enquiries and correspondence with sales offices abroad regarding all student booking and visa requests.
- Creates and revises enrollment forms, obtaining new signatures for students who extend their stay.
- Audits and follows-up that all students have fully registered.
- Acts as DSO (Designated School Official), managing the entire student visa process from start to finish, creating I-20 forms and working in the SEVIS system; training will be provided.
- Provides support with customer service, collecting student evaluations, and complete other projects assigned: assist with school-wide initiatives and events, departure meetings, etc.
- Processes and reviews weekly invoices ensuring all costs are correctly coded to be approved by the School Director.
