Job Summary :
The Sales Director for ChipIgnite will be a highly motivated and experienced sales leader responsible for driving the adoption and revenue growth of the ChipIgnite program. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building strong relationships with potential customers, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, a proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, and a passion for disruptive technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan : Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for ChipIgnite.
- Lead generation and pipeline management : Identify and qualify potential customers, build a robust sales pipeline, and effectively manage sales opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Customer relationship management : Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Team leadership : Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team success. (If applicable, depending on team size)
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence : Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify emerging trends to inform sales strategies and product development.
