Customer Service Feed Store Stock Person

We are seeking a Customer Service/Stock Person to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and our animal friends by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is also a physical job which includes being able to lift 50 lb bags of food repeatedly. Please provide hours and days available to work in your cover sheet.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Greeting
• Shelf Stocking
• Product Tagging and Receiving
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Janitorial duties when required
• Preparing, packing and shipping internet orders when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
