If so, we invite you to join our Outside Sales team at Inventory Sales Company , where you can excel in our Industrial & Commercial Solutions Specialist position. We are currently seeking a team member to lead the sales in our Western Iowa / Nebraska territory.
Founded in 1972, Inventory Sales Company is a premier distributor of all types of fasteners, strut channel and fittings, sign hardware and weld studs. We are service driven at ISC by having short lead times, a wide selection of products, and customized inventory programs.
Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities :
- Develop a business plan to achieve sales goals and company objectives
- Achieve and exceed growth, revenue, and gross margin objectives
- Develop relationships with key end users to gain understanding of industry needs
- Develop and expand, maintain and improve business relations with customer base
- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction; accountable for resolving customer problems
- Work with local suppliers to make joint end user calls to drive sales growth.
- Continuously communicate sales, marketing, and inventory needs to all levels of the organization
- Develop and utilize account plans which measure goal attainment
- Track daily sales call activities (until new CRM is in place) to ensure proper customer interaction cadence is developed.
- Analyze regional market data including but not limited to competitor data, economic trends, industry data to assess and calibrate territories and growth opportunities
- Manage operating expense budget for assigned area
- Follow company guidelines on communications for everything from pricing to quality issues, to customer stock outs.
