- Manage Complex Executive Calendars – Be at the heart of the action, planning and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, tracking key action items, and supporting Board and Leadership Team meetings.
- Provide High-Level Administrative Support – Represent the CEO and executive team by drafting and managing internal communications that help shape the direction of the company.
- Perform Data Analysis & Project Tracking – Play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring timely project execution.
- Coordinate Critical Business Operations – Create impactful reports, design dynamic presentations, and drive organizational efficiency across departments.
- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- 8 years of administrative support experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills – You’ll be the voice of the executive office.
- Excellent relationship-building skills – A true professional who can liaise with executives and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
- Detail-oriented & analytical mindset – You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
