The MCA Opener will be responsible for initializing merchant cash advance deals by working with clients, underwriters, and funding partners. - Key Responsibilities: Review and finalize MCA agreements with clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Communicate with merchants to address any last-minute concerns and ensure smooth funding.
- Work closely with underwriters and funding teams to expedite deal closures.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with merchants to maximize deal success.
- Verify merchant qualifications and financials before finalizing transactions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with merchants.
- Requirements:1-3 years of experience in the MCA or alternative lending industry.
- Strong understanding of merchant cash advance products and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet closing deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
