What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate individual and group counseling to students.
- Support families by facilitating parent support groups and family therapy.
- Assess and evaluate students' mental health needs to tailor interventions.
- Submit clinical documentation using our medical records system.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a holistic support system.
- Contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives and foster a culture of well-being.
- Be a pivotal part of a team that prioritizes the mental health of every student.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Clinical license in PA - LSW, LCSW, or LPC required
- Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students.
