What You’ll Do
- Manage 60 bank accounts and 80 investment account across multiple parties and entities
- Prepare and deliver monthly bank reconciliations, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
- Prepare monthly investment account reconciliation
- Prepare intercompany journal entries
- Record and classify financial transactions for a diverse client portfolio exceeding $20 million
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, daily ledger activity, and monthly cash flow projections using Agilink software
- Respond to client and partner inquiries, executing special projects with precision and professionalism
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with strong proficiency in Agilink software
- Expertise in bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing comprehensive financial reports
- Flexibility and reliability to succeed in a remote work environment
