- Prepare and review complex business, personal, trust, estate, and gift tax returns
- Conduct tax research, develop strategies, and deliver staff training
- Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service and trust-building interactions
- Oversee financial accounting records, including reconciliations, journal entries, and more
- Participate in business development efforts with potential for equity participation
- 4-5 years business/accounting degree, minimum 7-10 years’ experience in federal and multi-state taxation (or equivalent combinations of training and job experience)
- CPA designation in active status
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help others
- Advanced degree in taxation and/or QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
