Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in various settings, including residential homes and commercial properties.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstery, ensuring that all areas are free from dust and debris.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and baseboards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain consistency in service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Background in custodial work or housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
