Our organization is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our fast-growing consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to analyze gaps in the existing Workday Benefits setup and provide recommendations for improvement. In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the end users while ensuring they provide all the paint points associated with the current Benefits setup and open for recommendations
- Deep understanding of Workday Benefits in conjunction with integration to Payroll
- Deep understanding of Benefits related connectors and studio integrations
- Expertise to run engaging workshops to complete the requirements.
- Natural flair of documenting the requirements and identifying the gaps
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
- Must have led a Workday Benefits implementation with Public Sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
