What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Coordinator position at Effex Management Solutions?
Our team is growing and we are urgently looking to hire a 2nd Shift Coordinator to oversee the workforce. We offer immediate full health benefits, PTO and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Pay is $16-$20 an hour DOE.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the talent attraction recruiting strategy weekly goals
- Work closely with Program Manager and Client to collaborate efforts to foster and maintain a safe and positive working environment with the contingent labor force
- Responsible for HR related functions related to retention, training, recruiting and onboarding
- Track and manage site attendance and time off requests
- Conduct facility safety inspections and complete on-the-job accident/injury reports
- Handle employee department transfers and shift change requests
- Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices as needed
- Maintain termination paperwork, conduct exit interviews and prepare separation notices
- Schedule employees and modify schedules as needed
- Confirm working hours, schedules and modify as needed to ensure accurate employee compensation

Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with strong communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish, enhancing candidate engagement and outreach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook for effective communication and scheduling.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR sourcing techniques.
- Experience in conflict management and employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment.
Job Type: Full-time
