ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OUR TEAM NEEDS?
We require :
General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC industry trends and regulations as well as experience in a customer service role are preferred but not required.
WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?
As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you'll work Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 1 : 00 PM, ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient service. Your day will involve answering incoming calls, booking and dispatching service appointments, following up on customer leads with outbound calls, and supporting our marketing efforts. You'll be the voice that sets the tone for our customers' experience with Efficiency Plumbing.
