nAs a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our dispatch office running smoothly. Whether via an inbound or outbound communication, your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text - and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
nAs our Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule service appointments through Service Titan CRM, dispatch calls to techs, update customers on technician ETAs, and resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. Whether communicating with clients or dispatching our techs, you love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

- High School diploma or equivalent n
- 1-3 years' customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience n
- Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching n
- Great phone skills is a must! n
- Light sales experience highly desired n
- Excellent grammar and writing skills n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) n
- Customer service skills n
- Physical ability to sit for long periods of time n
- HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
n- Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
