This Sales and Performance Manager position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and availability to the team whenever needed.
As a Sales and Performance Manager, you immerse yourself in a vibrant environment where every day is an opportunity to inspire and lead. You offer real-time coaching to the sales team during ride-alongs, guide new sales & service technicians through their orientation, craft dynamic monthly sales plans, prioritize lead management, and fuel a high-performing sales culture through weekly sales meetings. You also collaborate with the operations manager to align sales and production, drive leads and profitable sales and build a dynamic team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
- 2 years of sales experience
- Basic understanding of gross margin as it relates to the HVAC field
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior management experience is a plus
- HVAC industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
