Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and company standards.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage vendor relationships when applicable.
- HR Application Management :
- Partner with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements through technology solutions.
- Oversee application upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR applications.
- Oversee testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Team Leadership :
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Potentially manage Business analysts assigned to projects.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of project metrics and KPIs.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Experience :
- Proven experience managing HR corporate application projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, talent management system upgrades).

- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Qualifications :
